Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final sale once placed.

• Pre-orders enter production immediately
• Cancellations are not permitted
• Changes to size or address are not guaranteed and are handled case by case

If production cannot begin due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified and refunded.

Product Variations

Final products may vary slightly from promotional images, mockups, or samples shown on the website or social media. Minor variations are not considered defects.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are not allowed unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

• Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
• Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted
• Approved claims may be issued store credit only, unless otherwise stated
