Order Processing & Pre-Orders

All Reasha products are released as pre-orders unless stated otherwise. Once a pre-order is placed, the item enters production.

Estimated production time is 8–12 weeks from the date the pre-order is placed. This timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Once production is complete, orders are shipped within 3–7 business days.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Reasha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
