PRE-ORDER

What does “Pre-Order” mean?

All Reasha products are released in pre-order drops. When you place a pre-order, your item is made specifically for that drop and enters production shortly after the pre-order period ends.

Pre-order pricing is available only during the pre-order window. Once the window closes, pricing returns to retail.

How long do pre-orders take?

Production typically takes 8–12 weeks from the time the pre-order is placed.

Once production is complete, orders ship within 3–7 business days.

Please note: all timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Will I receive updates on my pre-order?

Yes.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation after purchase
  • Production updates whenever there is meaningful progress
  • At least one update per month, even if nothing major has changed
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships

Transparency matters to us, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Once a pre-order is placed, it immediately enters the production process.

  • Cancellations are not allowed
  • Size or address changes are not guaranteed

If you notice an issue, contact us at help@reasha.co as soon as possible.
The sooner you reach out after placing your order, the better the chance we may be able to assist — but changes are handled case by case and cannot be promised.

What happens if a pre-order is delayed?

Delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing timelines, shipping carriers, customs, or global supply chain issues.

If delays occur, we will:

  • Communicate clearly
  • Provide updates
  • Continue production unless fulfillment becomes impossible

What if my pre-order cannot be fulfilled?

In the rare case that we are unable to begin production (for example, if minimum production requirements are not met), your order will be fully refunded.

This is the only scenario in which refunds are issued for pre-orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does shipping take once my order ships?

  • Domestic (US & Canada): 3–7 business days

Reasha does not control courier delays once a package is shipped.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept refunds?

There are no refunds unless the item has a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Please note:

  • Final products may differ slightly from promotional images or mockups
  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
  • Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted

To file a claim, email help@reasha.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation
  • Clear photos of the issue

All defect claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most items are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

In rare approved cases:

  • Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery
  • Approved returns are issued store credit only
  • Store credit does not expire

Are any items final sale?

Yes. All made-to-order items and limited drops are considered final sale, except in cases of verified defects.

ORDER ISSUES

I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

Contact us at help@reasha.co immediately.

Changes are handled case by case, and we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is placed or production has begun.

What if my package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it?

Once a courier marks an order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local delivery carrier directly

Reasha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

We accept:

  • Major credit & debit cards
  • Apple Pay

Prepaid cards are not accepted.

All prices are listed in USD.
